Clutch Master Clyinder

I have to put a clutch master clyinder into my car to get to moving, so, I figured why not find out what year will fit, and give the shortest shifting, anyone know anything about this? Posssibly not shortest shift but maybe firmest pedal.

Years vary, pressure will not change with a clutch master. Go to mazdatrix's website for what years fit what.

I replaced Clutch Slave Cylinder and rebuilt my Clutch Master Cylinder. Piece of cake. Got parts at Advance Auto parts, no problem. Total $50 max.

The shifter itself is the only practical way to get shorter shifting throws....you don't want the slave cylinder on the tranny going a shorter distance unless you want grinding gears every time you go to shift...

Posssibly not shortest shift but maybe firmest pedal.

The clutch provides the actual resistance you feel in the clutch pedal....you could always fab some kind of fitting that bolts into the slave cylinder on the tranny that will allow the flexible line to bolt into it. That "adaptor" fitting would just have a smaller orifice hole to restrict fluid flow to give you resistance, but why would you want to do that?
