the seals in your master and slave cylinders.. I thought my clutch was good in my se as the pedal would let out at the bottom.. come to find out my slave was on the way out and the seal busted yesterday.. put in my parts car MC/SC and have the same feel as the 12a..

i hate loose clutches. i was riding home with a friend the other night in his del slow, and he didnt feel like driving so i drove. the clutch was so loose. and i definitly felt the slow in "del slow", you really have to give it some gas unless you shift at 3500-3800rpm. the stiffest clutch ive felt was a 350z, and i liked that one a lot. sorry this doesnt really have anything to do with answering your question though. looks like its already been asnwered anyways.

My RB clutch & pressure plate give a "hard" feel to the clutch. Very stiff compared to stock set up. Slaves go all the time. Might be your culprit.

my TII has the heaviest clutch out of any car I've driven, by far... and it's just stock (the clutch is, anyways)

It's a lot heavier than a 350z clutch..
