Started a new thread so you don't have to scroll through discussion about the feasability before getting right down to it.

I can get you decals for about a buck apiece plus shipping. Nothing fancy, just www.rx7club.com but it's vinyl cut so once you apply it and peel away the tape, all that's left is the letters. They'll be about 15" long to go along the base of the triangular windows in back, so I recommend 2 each.

Let me know how many of you are interested in them before I get 'em made.

In order for them to set up the dies, etc. I pay for full production.

It's basic lettering, 15" long, arial font, white colour

 

is it gonna be like tilted or with an under line or just plane jane??

EDIT: Nope. Verdana didn't work here. I Personally like Style 13 in Verdana.

 

Like #2, arial. No underline as it runs along the bottom of the window therefore underlined by the character line of the window/body intersection.

I would be interested in a windshield sticker, that can be put on tint or some thing... or before I put a strip of tint on, I might cut white letter out of printer paper... and stick them there..... Will see.....

well then i get 2 free for starting the original thread, lol. and i'm unemployed so i have a ligit reason.

no rx-7club.com. needs to be the real address so if someone tries to go to it, it will be there. italics is cool. it will also be best if offered in red/blue/white or something other then black as to standout so people can actually read it. also include an extra section of vynil at the end for those that want their screen name. they can use that and an exacto knife to create it and then apply separately.

gotta go clean the ferret's cage, ugh.

 

Yeah...Good point about the address, I didnt even think of that.... And like I said, I would want mine in white, and Manntis said he was ordering them in white .

Oh, and by the way, Im down with whatever we decide, but i was just thinking that we should decide HOW we went it written...

For Example:

You get the idea You could also put the "www" in caps, or the ".com" or whatever, but I think that number one looks the best.

PS - If you havent noticed, the home page of the forum has it spelled "RX7Club.com", and if you look on the start menu (or the top of internet explorer on the opposite side of the little "X" to close the menu) where it shows the window you have active, they spell it "www.Rx7Club.com" so I think it should be one of the two. My vote is number one though...

PPS - Is it ok to use the domain name on a sticker like this? Mods? Are there any copyright infringments here?
Should we extend this offer to others on the forum as well? Do they have stickers we dont know about?

I don't wanna be a jerk but, he said that they would be a big $1 each plus shipping. If you guys can't afford that then you really are in trouble? I think you could spare the few bucks for some stickers. Just my $.02. I don't wanna offend anyone but c'mon really.....
