OK well you guys might not consider this a 1st gen thread but oh well.

I was leaving work and pulled onto the main road. I instantly gunned it by this truck who for the life of him could not keep up. I soon realize my radar is going off more than usual now. I slow it down to 50 from 75 speed limit was 45. I guess the guy wanted to impress me but I already tapped the brake lights to warn about cops. He flies by me doing like 65 or so. I'm just cruising now like doot dee dott dee doo. And I look ahead to see two cops sitting on the side of the road. I instantly pop it into neutral because of the no muffler part. Coast by and suddenly one pops out flooring it. I'm like wtf. So I pull over to expect to have some type of ticket when he flies by me and pulls over the truck still maybe like 200 feet ahead. I just laughed and smiled and thanked god for my radar detector.

 

lol...funny story....i need a radar detector...not that i speed...

 

I got a cobra with it right above my rear view mirror and all the lines hidden
