Lets not start ragging on that wing again!!! You know we got in trouble last time

 

Personaly I like the idea of clear tail lights on the RX-7.
I was thinking of doing sopmething for our RX-7. Maybe trying to find some lights that fit in there from another car. So long as it looked 'alright' I would probably do it. Trying to be different is the whole idea I think. It turns out that a few people don't like the wing on our car, but thats OK, we like it and that's the main thing. The second best thing is its different, if people don't like it, they won't copy it I guess.

I was also thinking about using LED's for the tail lights so we could make them into a rotor shape that ligthts up when you brake or something like that.

decisions decisions, we also like the tinted look also so, what to do??

 

dig the rotor shaped lights idea!

 

here is a crappy pic of my taillights,i used the stock light housings,and smoked cover with colored bulbs,also put some circles on there,i think it brings it a little closer to the 3rd gen look then the ricey look.

 

 

 

there are also the turning lights on the sides,im gonna redo them when i get it painted,im just gonna get some new ones because mine have a couple of cracks in them,
then when the car gets painted ill have them paint over the tail lights and center piece so it will all blend nice.

 

Ah ****, did we have to bring up that hideous car again? More gay wing and 200 hp stockport 12A flame wars again....

there actually alot brighter at night,i have a really crappy digi camera.need a new one

 

 

just checked with the tail light guy and he does make an altezza style 1st gen tail light kit,i have the altezza style 2nd gen kit on my site.

 

That's why I brought it up.
