Clear tail lights

Ok i decided to do the clear tail lights. It was easy there was only one hold up. I could not get red bulbs. So i had to use the red condoms. Instead of using tin foil i spray painted the inside with silver paint. It looks good in my opinion and it only takes a little whiel to do and in my mind it looks great. well here are some pics

Condoms, HAHA!

You didnt paint over the reflective plastic concave lenses did you? This wil lmake them not so shiney.

As soon as i sort out all my financial troubles, i'm goign to have the paint shop do the closest thing to chrome they have, and have them clearcoat it real good. THen i'm going \to seal mine back up. I used aluminum just to get a feel for what it will look like (its starting to crinkle up w/ the glue underneath)

Hey guys, for red bulbs, just go through JCwhitntey ricer catalog. They got purple, blue, green, orange, red, yellow, amber, puce, black, white, cuban, and asian.

Ok i just made that list up, but they do have more colors than you'l ever need. All for about $6 a pair, plus prolly 4-6 shipping.
