im confused i have a holley now can i get rid of the charcoal can?? im taking all sorts of crap out.

It's a part of the emissions control, so since you have a holley I assume you've taken the rats nest/airpump/etc out already. If that's the case then it'd be safe to yank it. Personally I'd keep it in just because it absorbs gasoline fumes.
