challenging Brake problem

I've got a brake problem that just won't quit. It's a peircing squeal sometimes followed by a grinding noise. I've had all 4 rotors replaced ($$), all the pads replaced and the damn thing comes a back a few weeks later every time. I even changed all the pads again to some semi-organic material that is supposed to vibrate less. Do I have a weak caliper or something? Thats the only thing I can figure that would be making the grinding noise, like maybe it's slipping. And if so how do I test something like that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should dismantle the brakes again, and pull the sliders out. Clean the sliders holes with WD-40 and a rag on a screwdriver. Apply Silicone or synthetic grease or antiseize.

Be sure to apply grease where the pads sit in the bracket and where the pads contact the caliper and piston.

Also remove the rotor and grease the hub.

This will get rid of some noise, especially if it's being transfered to the chasis.

What brand Rotor and pads are you using?

Also get you some of that stuff, you apply to the back of the pad. I kinda glues the pad to the caliper

It's basically Rubber cement. Let it cure for 30 minutes before assembling the brakes. Many people often forget that.
