Would you recommend using hood pins as well? Most cars need to have them when going to a fiberglass/CF hood as it could rip off at highway speeds. Only reason I am asking is because those are generally for forward locking hoods as our are rear locking hoods, so I do not think we will need them? Just need to clarify, because sometimes at speed my stock hood corners nearest to the windshield begins to wobble.

I run my hood with no pins and it's fine. I've done 120mph with no hassles

Man, that is a pretty product. Did the new molds keep the factory-style bracing in the back? Can we see a pic of that?

I'm in Adelaide. Standard metal hood is around 15-16kg's, Carbon Fiber hood is approx 5.5kg's
Shoot me an email to FIBREMAZ@gmail.com with suburb name and postcode for freight price etc.

If you look at it closely, it looks like its a trick of light. The edge is actually rounded off and doesn't reflect teh light properly, giving you an idea that there is a gap.

The lights being slightly up also adds to the illusion and the small gap on the side that you see is actually fairly normal... I've seen 3 other Sevens that have that wide a gap and the bodywork is all in good shape.
