Center caps falling off

How do you keep the plastic center caps for the 13" steel wheels on tightly? They have some clips, but they are kind of worn out. Any suggestions?

That would work if I left them on year-round, but I'll be removing them at the end of the winter season and I'm afraid that there isn't enough of a pourous surface for the silicone. Has anyone custom made clips, such as those that hold the waffle wheel center caps to the wheel?

well, technicaly you could just glue them on and leave them on, the only time that woud be a problem is when you got to have the wheels balanced.
