Carter CRT P5000 fuel pump

Has anyone tried this pump? I need a pump to feed a turbo'ed 12a streetport, and replace my dead Bosch pump. The bosch is NLA, and the 255LPH Walbro that I originally got to replace it has way too much pressure....it completely overwhelms the mallory 4309 fpr and I cannot lower the pressure below 10psi. From the look of it, this carter would be a good choice, and mount in the stock location. I don't really want to fiddle-fart around trying to mount the pump elswhere, the stock location is too convenient. Thanks.

You know you need a rising rate FPR? I dont know if the 4309 is or not.

Yah, the 4309 is a 1:1 RRFPR. It will do the trick.
