Carb swap

Hey guys I'm going to swap carbs from one engine to another as i think the current one needs cleaned/rebuilt and was wondering just how difficult it is to remove the carb while in the car.

the one is on an engine thats hanging on the hoist so I'm not too worried about that one just the one in the car. (this is about the time I wish I could afford something from Robert or from Racing Beat).

I'll probably do a little nest removal while I'm at it too.

Also, is an aftermarket carb adaptable to the stock 12a intake?

Thanks in advance,
Eric
