Carb Q's

Does Nappa sell any carbs that can be used on a 85 GSL? Just wondering, if they sell say a holley in the correct size, i can get 60% off. If i could get my hands on one, i would just order up the other needed things from Racing Beat such as gaskets, manifold, ect. This may be a very stupid question, but i know a mear 'nothing' about carb sizes and such.

Holleys must be modified extensively to work on rotaries, but I don't have a complete list or know how on it.

I bought a Holley from the Speed shop, 0848-1, I believe. That model is set up correctly(fuel inlet, throttle cable) to run on a 79-85 Rx7. I had it on a RB intake manifold and it worked very well. I

Actually, i work at Goodyear. And i can get everything at NAPA's cost. I was just curiouse because if i knew a correct part number for a holley ur such, i would get one from Napa, and then get the manifold and such off line. So is the holely only sold through racingbeat, mazdatrix, and such?

You should be able to find holleys from most places. Acording to the racing beat site theough, they are modified for a rotary engine. I don't know exactly what that means but, I'm not very proficient with carbs.

You should check ebay. I saw several holley's for rx7's for sale there.
