In the middle of putting my carb back together and this little guy snuck through the cracks. Don't know how I missed it or where it goes now haha I know it's not the accelerator pump outlet or inlet weight
I've attached a photo of where I'm currently at so maybe someone could point me in the right direction.

 

After some digging I ended up finding my answer, didn't expect to find it so easily!
