Car will not go into gear.
Car has been started but not driven for a little over a month.
Today, I went to start car and clutch went to floor. Car started but I could not put in gear. Any ideas what could be problem. Or what to check.
Thanks in advance for any help

had this happen to mine too. ran me 80 at my local global auto parts for master cylinder and i think like 40 for slave
took me about 2.5 hours to do it...first time ive worked on a hydraulic clutch though.

Tanks so much for the info..
as a thank you if any of you guy need rims or a airfilter you just have to pay shipping..
Rims = I wanted to try and take of clear coat off, so i bought these rims to test with..
Big Blue = Was going to pwder Coat, but did not work out. In great shape
Items are free just pay the shipping

I guess fairest way is 1st one to post a claim on thread owns them.. (please only take if you could use them, and your not looking to re-sell them)
will post pics after i eat some breakfest.

just recently dealt with this issue...look behind your oil filter, and check the slave cylinder for leakage..should that be leaking you can refill your mc, and pump the clutch pedal til you get the pressure back in it..depending on how bad the leak is you could drive it awhile, or less than a few hours esp in the cold weather...cinch to replace the components..but make sure you get a new rubber hose while you're at it, and replace both the mc and sc..will save later headaches
cheers
