It's pressed in and why do you want to remove it?

I want to take it out and fit a temperature sensor in the tube. By the looks of it it seemed a threaded fit.
Thanks for the quick reply.

You could always just drill and tap near the end and cap off the ends with rubber caps.

I want to maintain the two outlets.
The thing is that the engine is placed in a different car and i want to connect the temp sensor which belongs to the car. But the sensor is much to big to fit in the hole. So i want to make it in the tube.

That probably won't work. I chose a rear plate with a threaded fitting specifically due to this issue. Racing Beat sells a block off bolt for this, which was required for my project.

It would be best to consider installing the temp sensor somewhere in or near the waterpump. I installing mine in the upper radiator hose. It only reads when the theormostat opens, but that's ok with me.

Simple, if you aren't using the automatic choke of FI. Find an adapter and install it in place of the temp sensor in the back of the waterpump housing. If you need that sensor, there is a land next to it that can be tapped.

And before I get called, I know he's not running FI, lol.
