It's when a bearing comes loose. Like if the rotor bearing spins in the rotor. Usually it means that it seized on the eshaft and then was forced to rotate in the rotor bore, trashing the eshaft, and rotor.

It could happen to any engine. Chief cause is running too low on oil.

Man, I got mine fixed, turn out the be bunch of little things add up together...

I still think you engine is OK though.

Drained the oil. Little copper colored particles in it, and a small chunk of metal that looks like a piece of a seal.

yep, its the bearing or bearings!
the whole oil system is screwed with metal. yes even the oil cooler.
