bah, you didn't need one with your holley setup right? i think that's a band aid for a bad carb.

exactly thats why i have one on my car now 
my only problem tho, is i have to make a custom exhaust manifold to lower the turbo some to clear the RB intake manifold. :/ but it shouldnt be too bad
