Bushings; rubber or urethane?
Going to replace my bushings that are worn. What is better rubber or urethane? Anybody have any input for me? Which way should I go?

I would go with the kit from re-speed. I personally did all my bushings in polyurethane and love them. Get the black ones though as they are graphite impregnated and help lubricate.
Someone will come in here and tell you not to do the upper rear link ones. I did and have not had a problem.

Oh, the black ones have graphite in them? I didn't know that... I just bought them because I thought red was gonna look too frickin' ricey. Nice to have a bonus for it!
I keep hearing that about the upper arm bushings, which is why I ended up with the RE-Speed kit rather than the complete kit, but now that I think about it and look at the bushings I say just go all poly man, it will be one of the best investments for you car IMO.

Energy Suspension
I got the kit from energy suspension (poly). It does the rear watts link and four link and the front. its reasonably priced. Also i put in energy suspension(poly). Sway bar repair kits front and rear. Believe it or not I can totally tell the difference in cornering and stiffness!!! Awesome! Would definately reccommend them to anyone. Thats with stock springs and swaybars. Be sure the car is on the wheels and wright distributed evenly when you torque down the busing bolts though. Good luck!

I also installed Urethane in all four rear links, and have no issues. This might be due to the fact that I'm not running stock springs/shocks, which reduces the amount of movement. The problem that everyone is reffering to is that when the suspension moves far enough, it can bind and cause loss of control very suddenly. Maybe you can do it on stock suspension and not have any problems, but I personally do not know...
