bushing help

i do not know the name to this bushing (the one underneath the shock assembly mount).

i attempted a search but i don't even know how to word it lol. and there's a few bushings that look alike...mine are almost gone and need replacing ASAP

thanks for the quick response, i was hoping it just kinda sat on top of the bolt or whatever so i can just take it out and put the new one in oh well it needs to be done.
