I have a 1980 rx-7. The passenger door will not open. It was working perfect and then a few days ago the door suddenly stopped working. I do not know what to do. the door is closed and i do not know how to open it. What do I do?

Presuming that the door is unlocked, and neither the outside or inside handle will open the door, it probably means some internal linkage has broken or come loose. You will probably have to remove the inside door panel to get at the interior of the door to see what the problem is. You will want to take out the passenger seat (four bolts), and then follow the instructions on the thread below to remove the door panel.
