Brakes are fixed finally.
Well I've finally gotten the brakes sorted out in my project car. When I frist boutght the car and inspected the rotors, they were clearly shot. Min. service tolerances is 17mm, mine messured out to 14mm thick. So I bought some new rotors and ss lines since my stock lines were dry rotted and starting to fray. Just when I thought everything was finished, I go to bleed the lines and the system won't develope pressure. Air was leaking out from around the master cylinder. I went and got one from Advanced for under $50 and swapped that over. In retrospect mine may not have been bad, but it was 180,000 miles old, so it was worth replacing. Now the lines are bled and all the old dirty fluid is cleaned out. The brakes have amazing pressure, and it's doing well.
BTW I absolutly hate doing brakes. Brake fluid is messy and ruins everything it touched....

I feel your pain.
Just redid my rotors this past weekend.... And the master cylinder two weekends ago....
Now I have to think about doing the rear brakes, too... :-(
It's good that I'm getting all of this out of the way *beore* I paint the car
Glad to hear your brakes are happy!
