Brake Lights Relay...

Hey guys do anyone know here if there is a brake light relay that Blinks the back brake lights one time before it stay completely on during braking?

i didnt even know our cars did that..

LOL! No, I am serious is there a way to make our brake lights do that? I just wanted to do a project like that to my car and wanted to know if there a way to doit or if anyone have done it. Or if anyone know of a company that sells the kit to doit? I mean I am not sure that is why I am asking.
