Brake fitting spec

Can anyone tell me what the brake line fitting specs are for an SA and for a FB
I'm looking for an adapter to add FB brakes to my SA without changing ends
Thanks

Everything hydraulic on the SA is considered coarse (10x1.25mm threads) and everything on the FB is fine (10x1.0mm threads).

You could use adapters if you can find them. Just remember that the master cylinder will still be coarse so you have to keep using an SA master cylinder and proportioning valve. I ended up cutting my hard lines and putting fine flare nuts on. In hindsight I only suggest that option if take the time to remove the lines and flare them properly (its cramped and difficult to get good flares while everything is together). I eventually put in FB hard lines (the best solution IMO).

thanks that's exactly what I needed to know. While I will probably change the hard lines I will also look for the adapters.
