Brake Calipers: Loaded/Unloaded

Can some one explain the difference between what comes with loaded and unloaded calipers please -- I have a sezied piston in my front LH.

Would the A1 Cardone "17-571" be the right part?

loaded= comes with brake claiper, pads and maybe anti squeek shims
unloaded= just the caliper
