Matt,
I just installed a set of new front rotors with new bearings on my SE just 2 weekends ago.First, spray all nuts and bolts with WD40 or equivalent if you're removing them for the first time, it'll save you some frustration. Given that you have taken the wheels off, to remove the calipers (recalling from my SE install) loosen and remove the 14mm bolt that locks the caliper in place. Now slide the the caliper up and remove it from the caliper mount. Remove the brake pads. The caliper mounting bracket is attached to the backing plate by two short 17mm bolts. Remove them. Now for the rotor, pry off the grease cap, remove the washer thing that is there to hold the nut. Take the cotter pin out, and remove the nut that holds the bearings/rotor assembly in place. In order to get the bearings out, you'll need to caveman it with a nice flat screwdriver/hammer and insert it into the slots and tap the old bearings out. Switch slots and keep tapping them until you get the bearings out. Remember which way the bearings are facing on the rotor. I admit I was a dummy and installed my new bearings the wrong way because I thought I knew it all. Anyways, to install the bearings you'll need something thats almost the same diameter as the bearings but not quite to tap them into the rotors. I was fortunate enough my bro-in-law has a bearing drive kit and all the neat lil tools to help me install them. A large socket will do, but I'm guessing it'll be 30mm or larger. Ohh yeah, go and buy a bucket of bearing grease and be liberal with packing the bearings. Anything else I missed folks? please add.....have fun installing them.
