Watch the A-Team, Knight Rider,Hunter and practically any early to mid- eighties re-run show that involved cars in any form or fashion.

One episode of Nash Bridges had a red automatic series 3 in it. Had the 13" alloys on it so it wasn't an SE. The bastards blew it up though!!! I hate when TV/movie makers destroy cool cars. Oh well.
Basic Instinct has a scene w/ a brown GSL-SE (just like the Mound!) cruising the mountains of california during some sort of chase scene. Looks good, check it out.
Jackie Brown had one parked in the parking lot of the mall when that dude is roughing up Bridget Fonda.
Where is it in Pulp Fiction??

Near the end of Pulp Fiction, when Sammy and Travolta are leaving "Monster Joes", you see one of those multi-level car trailer things behind them. And what's hanging off the back of it. A (gasp!) blue GSL-SE.
