body pannel differences

so i got into a bit of an accident with my new seven

so now i need to replace some body parts. i have a 79 sitting on the side of my house, and before it goes to the graveyard i figured i may be able to pull some parts off of it to fix the new one.. i know the hood, valence piece, and headlights will swap over (or atleast i think they will?). does anyone know if there is a difference in the quarter pannels? can i swap one from a series 1 and put it on a series 3??

also, anyone have an aftermarket front end for sale ?

well, i think the s1 quarter panels have different trim on them then later cars.... couldnt tell you if they actaully fit though.

theres a company here in bc -- west coast 4 wheel drive that was willing to sell me a pristine front end for 400$ canadian. their ph=604-526-4800

if i have to get new ones, then i will search the local junk yards to find them.. but thanks for the number.

The fenders on the s1 cars are different than the later models due to the change in the lower valence. As for the rear quarters, the s1's don't have the rear marker light, so you would have to cut a hole or go without.

front quarters.. (sevens donot have replaceable rear ones, and the rear is fine)...
i have shaved all of the side markers anyways, so that would not be aconcern...
the question is, with the redesign of the front end, will the quarter pannel from a series 1 fit the front end of a series 3..
