blinkers, hazard, interior lights out

Hi guys, I know there are a lot of posts about blinkers (and related fluids), but I was hoping the combination of problems may narrow down my issue. Basically everything works except the blinkers, hazards, and interior light. The small light by the ignition comes on and the rear hatch light works. It seems like somebody may have torn the rearview mirror off at some point, so that light may be a wiring issue near the fixture. I just got this car and the guy said he replaced something trying to repair the blinkers and he had the CPU module ripped out and dangling (probably not good). I also found something in the storage bin that seems related to the system, the pictures are below. PS if anyone can send me a picture of a properly bolted CPU that would be great, I have no idea how that thing goes in, or if I'm missing a bracket or something. Thanks.

Take a look here:

This ifs for an '84 GSL-SE. The CPU does handle the blinkers, hazzards, door chime, etc. There is another post by me that shows the wiring for the CPU. Just search under my user name, and "cpu" for the keyword. You'll find it.

Thanks

Thanks, those pictures help a lot. Seems like that CPU is a major pain, and not having taken it off I had no clue. Seems like I should just try and replace the flasher and hopefully that will solve the problem.
