bin rust panels

hi, i was just wondering if there is such a thing as a replacement panel for the wheelwells where the storage bins are, because mine are really rusty. do they make something that you can cut the old out and weld new in? or do i have to fab it all up, because i need like the whole part you can see from the inside of the car on both sides.

Technically you could buy the parts off of mazda but they are beaucoup de moneys.

Like ALOT. If its that bad, idno id personally get a roller and transfer everything over.
