I did this mod after I put the 48 IDA on my car. I took a billet oil filler neck off one of my old VW engines and turned the o.d. down to fit in the rx housing. The neck will only work with a down draft carb to short for the side draft. Looks better than the stock oil filler

 

Man you've been busy work on your car havent you. Did you have a reason for doing this?

 

only took a few days all just stuff. I wanted to do it. If I get my spacers for the clutch should be back on the road before Friday

 

I might try and come up and take a first hand look and let you see my car for the first time. Since you have been such a big help in getting it back on the road. I gotta do some tunning on the carb and get the timing closer.
