Unhappy BIG electrical problems

I'm doing an engine rebuild with my 84 12a rx7
I've got almost everything back in, and put my starter back. Now for some reason I didn't check here for the wiring on the starter. I don't know how, but I ended up moving the wire coming out of the starter to the wrong post on the solenoid. Hooked up, tried to started it, and now have absolutely no power anywhere. (Big short)
To make matters worse, I look under the steering column to check that fusible link and discovered that the previous owner had bridged it!!!

Now, the 3 main fusible links are still good.
I am wondering if I just fried my ECU or something else?
Any suggestions?
I'm going to try tracing it tonight...
