Best Way to Ship a Tranny

What's the best method for shipping a tranny? I prefer FexEx but don't know if it can be packaged so that they will take it especially with a 70 lb limit. How have others shipped them? Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPS will do it. A lot cheaper if you ship it from a business rather than the ups store.

For heavy items, frieght shipping is the way to go. ForwardAir is generally the cheapes to my experience. My husband has shipped a few motorcycles through them
