Which Is The Best Muffler For A Gsl-se?

I need sum good and big. I could pay up to 200 dollars. I have this cheap muffler that i put that is taking so much power off my car. I have RB headers (not installed).

well which muffler you think works best for a gsl-se with headers?? Im looking forward for the maximum power that my engine produces.

Big is not necessarily good, plus a loud muffler will make your SE sound like a buzzy honda.

Racing Beat Power Pulse muffler. I have it on my SE and should add a couple HP.

In terms of sound, the rotary engine puts out this great metallic rattle that sounds awful if you have bad exhaust. Racing Beat muffler and presilencer help negate this.

Well I think the RB muffler looks great, so I guess you've got me there.

Racing Beat is basically the only company that specializes in aftermarket products for these cars. I'm not positive, but I think the power pulse muffler is what you would call "tuned".

You guys keep saying Racing Beat, but he only has $200 to spend you sure come up short on buying a new Prima-Flo. And then you throw on a Pre-silencer, can you say CHA-CHING.

I have to agree that RB setup is streetable, but its not the biggest HP for the dollar.

It all depends on what you really want and how much you really have to spend.

magnaflow 6" round mufflers are about $80 shipped with tax.

You still need pipe welded to it to hook up to your exhaust

I used a brullen muffler w/dual chromed tips and it was a straight through muffler. Worked great and the construction was top notch.

I'm selling it now, but for pics you can hit the brullen website, or if you want I'll take pics of mine for you. PM me.

I just picked up a Racing Beat muffler and Bonez Cat for $300 used on the board.
Take your time and look around.
