Bent Rear Lower Control Arm

Well... I was still doing my full poly upgrade / suspension upgrade when I took off my rear lower control arm and noticed something strange...

and...

Something looks a little odd... is that one arm totally trashed or is there maybe a way I could save it?

i'd replace it. the control arm will never be the same. i dont think you'll notice a huge difference by leaving it, but the control arms are pretty abundant and easy to replace. it makes the decision that much eaiser to replace for me.

Hammer it out straight, no biggie unless you see stress cracks. Unlikely as little as it's bent.
