Belt tension

This is a newbie question but haven't found the answer.

What is the correct method of tightening the belts? I am use to a screw or a bolt to tighten the tension but there doesn't seem to be one on the alternator bracket. Or is it missing from my car? If it helps I just installed the dual belt alt pulley.

Is there a spot to put a breaker bar for more leverage?

Under the alternator and wedge the breaker bar near the water pump mount. From the passenger side, if you can twist the alternator belt apprx 180 degress, thats tight enough
