Bad fuel leak from?

My 84 GSL-SE had a terrible fuel leak cominf from the area in the picture. No I have a manual but I am a true noob. What is this thing called? How had is it to replace? The best I can tell this is where the fuel is leaing from. I really dont want a pro to fix this so I am going to try to figure it out and fix it myself. Just a little direction to help me get started if anyone is familia with a leak from this area. Also, would pressing the plate inside the air filter cause fuel to go all the way through this system? Or is that just useful when doing a fuel volume test.

Thanks for telling me what it is. While I cant be for absolute certain that is where the fuel is coming from. I took the cap off and saw a small screw fall out. So Can someone tell me with that screw out, the thing should spew gas right? I read further about a banjo bolt mod and ordered one. I may just go out there and attempt to put the screw back in and see what happens

Ok so I put the thing back in as tight I could (using my fingers and the small tip of a screw driver) and fifred it up. As of right now it appears the leak is gone! I am going to have to wait till tomorrow to let all the gas that was on the engine to dry up then I will see it there are any more leaks. THANK YOU RX7CLUB

if the damper is bad, i'd order one, and the fuel injector o rings, and the 2 throttle body coolant hoses, they all tend to be bad at the same time, and its been a couple of decades
