back on the streets....
well i finally got my seven running today, to have the plugs imediatly foul. so tomorrow i will pick up some new spark plugs and then begin the break in period...
the gist of my new setup is in my sig.
edit: yes i am running a turbo motor naturally aspirated. once the break in period is done, then i will able to see what it can do.

You can tune your Weber to run a bit less rich you know. Then when you get the turbo on, re-tune it to compensate for the boost. The nature of a 48 IDA is usually to run a bit rich anyhow. They are very simple carbs to tune. Good luck!

i guess i forgot to mention the reason that the plugs fouled so quickly.. it was not because of the carb jetting. i had some atf in the motor to keep everything good until i could get it finished.. i lost the plugs after burning all of that out.. once i get some new ones in the morning, all should be well.
right now i have it set up to run rich for the break in. i figured go rich rather than take the chance of lean. once i can get it onto a dyno, then i will really tune it..
i may eventually go forced induction. but for now it is probably going to stay the way that it is.
