Would back seats from a second gen work in a first gen?

I was told thats the best choice. I'm about to do the same myself. This car doesn't work to well for a family of 4.

the back seats dont work to well unless your a midget, or a 4 year old girl.

Tried and tested, they will NOT fit. (unless you are into cutting foam, molding, reupholstering etc..).

Have you ever seen the rear seats? Let me put it this way, a family of 4 wont fit, unless you are either a family of circus clowns, or midgets!
