The auto>5spd swap is complete. I was wondering if both these boxes can be disconnected and removed..or is one for something other than the auto transmission?

The box that says N250 (the big one) is used for emissions. The other ones are not in any of my cars. I would say you could remove those smaler boxes. I did, however have the wiring for them. That explains the extra wiring in my car I guess lol.
