I am not sure if this one is it. I have more pics of this car, it is a 1983 GSL with a Ported TII engine, and a GSL-SE suspension swap.

I even have a small video of riding in it, if could upload it somewhere.

This is my car, My new turbo exhaust has the same kind of muffler but it goes under the axle so it comes out at a upward angle instead of a downward angle.

looks much better now,

I am selling the system that is in the pics along with a fuel pump and regulator to go with it.
its a road race header with the dual presilencer center section (both racing beat) and the N1 Bomx muffler at the rear. It sounds great, deep and powerfull below 4 and it just screams above 5.

$500+ shipping

is that rust on top of the muffler, or did you burn yourself.

do you have any clearance problems with the pipe going below the axle?

that is not rust,

when I first got it thehy put the muffler too far in and like most altered rotarys it would blow fire all the time.

I had it extended and it never got worse.

As for the new exhaust under the axle, when i'm in the car with a near empty gas thank. the pipe is about a half inch from the axle. The axle is wrapped in DEI heat sheilding to keep the brake system from overheating.

I have had mine for about 3 yrs,and probally one of the first around here to out it on a 7 around here,

My bumper is burned/warped to hell around the muffler area.

If any of you guys need a muffler I get Magnaflow pretty cheap,With shipping most models about $100. out the door.if theres one you like let me know.

I've got two 3" chrome slash-cut tips on my stock muffler. In my opinion, the N1's don't look too bad as long as the tip is no bigger than 3.5".. heh... Imagine one of those 5 inch one's hanging out the back.. LOL

Hey white84se, show me a pic.

I'm trying to figure out if i wanna put one of those on my next exhaust setup for my turbo. 3" outlet of course, samll muffler, much like badass rx7's is what i'm thinkin.

Thats a popular thing around here now, is the smaller mufflers (but still loud, only when floored tho). I like the look on civics, but its just too big usually on rex's. i thi nk if i get one of those smaller ones like badass's (w/ the small housing) i should be fine.

ALSO, how loud would a 3" downpipe, through TWO magnaflow 3" in 3" out mufflers, into one of those 3" cannons be? Too loud?

Well ioTus, ask and ye shall recieve.. here's some shots of the tips on mine.. no comments on the dirt.. it's winter and the roads are filthy...

The tips were pretty cheap, as you can see from the rust poking through underneath it.. but they still look pretty good at a glance...
