hey a member on this forum with the sn static sold me a exhaust which i paid for but he never sent it, just wondering if anyone knows him, ive tried to call him but it says he's not accepting calls at this time, i know no one likes a post like this but i want my exhaust or money back, also i paid through paypal does anyone know if paypal can do anything about it for me???

 

Try to email/pm and tell him that you are going to file a claim with paypal. I think that you can only file a claim with paypal with 45 days of purchase, though. When you file a claim, paypal will contact him and request proff of shipment. If he can't or if they can't reach him, they will try to get your money back. The problem is they can only get back whatever is in his paypal account. This means if it is empty, you are pretty much out of luck. If you paid with a credit card, you can contact your credit card company and try to get your money back that way.

I hate stories like this. Its exactly why I absolutely hate the idea of buying something from an individual, and why I pay extra just to buy it from an actual store.

 

yeah in this instince i wish i had of just nutted up and got the exhaust straihgt from rb, its too bad too because i had some really good dealings with other people in the for sale section.....thanks for the support everyone
