want to change brakes on my basic model to gsl-se.

 

I'm suprised there is no sticky on this:

the easiest way is just to find a doner, pull the complete strut assy. from the front wheels and the axel. If you currently have drums in the rear make sure you get the e-brake cables.

 

Once you have all of your parts R&R can be done in a day.
