It's an IBM... nothign against them specifically, but I've always had a problem with the big names... Compaq, HP, IBM, Gateway... Too frikking expensive, proprietary components, nothing is OEM, it's all retail.... Useless to me.

Actually, you can get them cheap. But the old ones had some proprietary hardware/firmware.
