Another question on downshifting
i was just curious if when downshifting the tires lock up, it was my first time out in the thing in 5 months... i heard it wasnt very good for the rotary engine ...
when you downshift the tires should not lock up. if your syaing that the tires are locking up form when you downshifted mebbe its cuz u accidentally went from 5th to 2nd? heh. im not quite sure what your asking
This is a vauge description. What gear are you in, are you going straight, how fast are you moving, what RPM is the engine at?
I know that when I used to be revving the motor out fully and then going into a turn if I just dropped down to the next gear without double clutching it would sometimes cause me to lose some traction, initiating some sliding or wheel spin at one tire. This was when I had really old hard tires and no LSD.
