FB II, that may be sooner than you think... ;-) one minor issue i've had so far is that i made them just a LITTLE bit too tall, so I had to take the cover off of my electric motor, but aside from that, i'm loving these things. I might be ready to sell at the end of july, but will probably only be able to make 3-5 boxes by the time I have to go back to school, and that's if I work ONLY on them when I'm not at my full time job.

but it MIGHT have to wait till next summer... although i must say... it would be worth the wait, these boxes are awesome

edit: electric motor *for the rear wiper*

When the Fiberglass is done correclty there is no difference in sound. Just the weight of the enclosure.

I picked up my Mold/form/FB *** end, this weekend and plan to play with the enclosures in the next week or two. I had started a thread last year when I started the project and will bump it once I get some work done.

Will this setup be removable? And are you making these in Rockville, or PA?

it's removable with a screwdriver (two screws to hold in the brace so they don't slide around, so we can still drive the car the way it was meant to be driven) ;-) but then it all comes apart quite easily, and i'm making them in rockville

I'll probably be goin to the maryland bbq to show you guys/get info from anybody who wants to buy them. I'll also be selling (And maybe have a few on hand) replacement center console window window switches/pannel for those of you who have cracked pannels and it angers you much like it angered me... they can also be customized (maybe on site...) to fit whatever *****/switches you want in there. I'll have pix of mine up later tonight or tomorrow some time (it's really REALLY cool)

those of you who are serious about the sub boxes or switch pannels, we are gonna start making more of them, so send me a PM. I think we have set the price at $200 per set of sub boxes with normal black carpet on it (I think this includes a pre-cut 2x4 for the brace as well) We can make boxes for anywhere up to 10" subs. The price will be more for customized covers/colors. The switch pannels I believe we said $35 (with two window switches included). Shipping will be paid by the buyer. I am not POSITIVE about these prices yet, I'll also update that as soon as I consult the other guy I'm making all this stuff with.
