Ok, I got the gauge cluster out. Wasn't that bad. Anyway, I see what I believe to be the over rev buzzer on the back right and on the back left, there's another "buzzer looking" like thing. There's no chime unit on the cluster like the 83, damn! How the heck is this "low coolant" "low oil" and "headlamp up" thing supposed to work? Any way that I can test it?

Just an FYI...
On my 85, there is a plug on the back of my IC that is the "oscillator" plug.
Also, the buzzer on the top right (looking at IC with it installed) is the one for the lights on/oil/coolant level. Mine was broken(short them with the battery and it will buzz if functional, not if broken). I desoldered it and put one from Radio Shack in. It has some feedback when I turn my lights off but at least it dings when prompted.
