Whenever I turn my ign cyl to the 'on' position, my running light come on. That's right, just like a motorcycle. It's very annoying and I would like to know what the PO did to cause this so I can reverse it. That guy was apparently an idiot, I'm still correcting all of his mistakes weeks after buying the car.

 

Should be as easy as tracking the wiring from the headlights back to the source. Maybe somewhere along the line he wired them into the switch, for whatever reason. Maybe the regular headlight switch became faulty and he didn't want to pay to replace it.
