Those ones for sale on ebay look really cheap and nasty and I'm sure they shouldn't be selling them as HID lighting units as they are just blue tinted bulbs !

maybe I'm behind here, but what excactly is it that makes that halo effect around the head lights? Is that just a glass tube with a light at the bottom? I like 'em, but don't think I should be spending much on such things when a paint job, suspention are needed and motor swap is desired.

 

the reak ones u buy are gas filled glass tubes. and cost $$$ mine are just cheep plastic rods that i bent to shape by heating up in the oven and putting a few leds int he end..
