all I can say is wow. I drove around almost 100 miles last night with no radiator cap. I had just topped it off before I went out and must have forgotten to put it back on, because the "add coolant" light came on almost immediately after which I always ignore because the car is constantly low on coolant (water pump seal).
Well, I thought I saw steam a few times but never thought to check, I was out and about club-hoppin so when specks of water started hitting the windshield I figured it was just sprinkling out.
When I checked it this morning there was coolant all over the hood and the engine and the radiator was almost 1/2 gallon low. I wonder if there are some steps I should take after this happened? Like maybe flush the coolant since some air bubbles might be trapped in there now? Anyways, I'm counting my blessings that I didn't overheat and blow the engine luckily I watch the water temp gauge like a hawk

Me and my friend decided to check out that new club at Newport on the levy, empire, and since we missed the turn we ended up in front of a cop. Thats when I had to reach down by the gearshift to put on my turnsignal (I took the multiswitch off to work on it and now its sitting in the middle) with no power steering I almost hit a parked car trying to turn the blinker off and blew through a stop sign; the cop must have been on his way to the donut shot because he just turned off. Damn I AM lucky

 

Don't blow that engine I sold you, I only have so many!
